Ten people are being treated at a San Francisco hospital this morning after their United jetliner ran into turbulence on a flight from Hawaii. Five passengers and five flight attendants on United Flight 46 suffered apparent minor injuries when the plane hit clear-air turbulence about half an hour from San Francisco International Airport.
A total of 147 people were on board when the Boeing 767 was rocked violently at about 4:35 am.
