Assembly OK´s Hands-Free Cell Phone Bill

Drivers in California may soon have to use hand-free devices while talking on cell phones under a new bill moving through the Legislature.
The bill passed the Assembly and now goes to the Senate. If it becomes a law, California will follow New York in requiring hands-free cell phones for drivers.
