Police: Shooting Rampage Provoked by a “Bumping Into”

San Francisco police say a shooting rampage at a residential hotel this weekend apparently began after two residents literally bumped into each other in the lobby.
Police say 53-year-old John Bravard involved later returned to the Dalt Hotel with a semiautomatic handgun and opened fire. He killed three people and injured another before turning the gun on himself and committing suicide.
