Arnold Man Killed By Fallen Oak Tree

The fallout from yesterday´s storm includes a fatality in Calaveras County.
The California Highway Patrol says a 68-year-old Arnold man, who is unidentified until family can be contacted, was killed when a large oak tree fell on the passenger side of a 1987 GMC Suburban.
It happened at 11am yesterday, about five miles north of Dunbar Road, in the White Pines area.
40-year-old Steven Lucero, of Stockton, was driving the pickup. He was not hurt.
65-year-old Raymond Ottria of Angels Camp was in the back seat, and was also uninjured.
The area reportedly had a few inches of snow on the ground at the time.
