Several Incumbents Retain School Board Seats

Sonora, CA — Tuolumne County residents have voted to retain several incumbents on the county´s school boards.

Paul Nixon and Gail Ashby were elected to four-year terms on the Belleview School District board of trustees.

Jody Dugan came away with 70% of the vote to take a two-year seat on the Belleview Board. In the Big Oak Flat-Groveland race it was Cynthia Green, Judy Myers and Gloria Marler prevailing.

The Columbia School District saw one incumbent re-elected to the board. Jeff Whitman garnered 30% of the tally, followed by Erik Andal nd Laura Phelan.

In the Sonora School District it was Kathy Francis, Stephanie Suess and Dan Rolle. The winners of the Sonora Union High District race were Mel Ginn and Daniel Dona.

Soulsbyville elected Kate Hack, Craig Adams and Linda Stern-Maltese. In the Twain Harte-Long barn race it was Joy Meyer, Cary Wingo and Tim Hoffman-Brady.

In the Groveland Community Services District race it was Dick Lennen, Gus Allegri and Wes Johnson coming out on top.

And in the Tuolumne Park and Recreation District, Stephen Artzer, Tony Kreig and Stacy Burns all won seats.
