Junior Miss Calaveras Pageant Gears Up

Angels Camp, CA — Applications are now being accepted for the 2007 Junior Miss Calaveras Pageant.
The Junior Miss Calaveras competition is sponsored by the Altaville Melones Fire Department. It is open to 8th grade girls in Calaveras County.
The winner is selected based on beauty, personality, poise and charm and ticket sales.
The queen will be selected during the Junior Frog Jump on May 12 at the firehouse.
A meeting for interested candidates will be held at 1 p.m. on March 31 at the firehouse.
