Mokelumne Hill Woman Hallucinates On Deputies

Sponsored by:

Mokelumne Hill, CA — Calaveras County deputies responded to a strange call early Monday morning.

32-year old Summer Parker of Mokelumne Hill called 911 reporting that she was scared and could see writing on her wall.

When deputies arrived Parker didn´t believe they were real police officers and refused to come out. Eventually, deputies persuaded Parker to show herself and when she did she was holding something in her hand. It turned out to be a handgun.

She had also armed her 10-year old with a B-B gun and her 6-year old with a knife. She says it was to protect them from her ex husband and from the deputies, who she didn´t believe were real deputies.

Parker was taken to Mark Twain St. Joseph´s Hospital for evaluation of her irrational behavior and hallucinations. And since she showed signs of being under the influence, Parker was arrested for being under the influence of a narcotic, child endangerment and resisting a peace officer.
