La Grange Fire Reaches 90 Percent Containment
San Andreas, CA — According to CAL Fire Spokesperson Lisa Williams the 1,200 acre LaGrange Fire is currently 90 percent contained.
Full containment of the fire initially reported at 2:08pm Tuesday is expected later today.
The fire was caused by a faulty electrical connection to a water pump. No injuries or evacuations were or have been reported.
Resources on scene today include 15 engines, four water tenders and four hand crews. Williams adds that a number of fire crews are being released to return to their respective stations.
Effective this morning there are no road closures in the area of Bonds Flat Rd. and Hwy 132.
