Calaveras Visitors Bureau Executive Director Leaving
After seven years as Executive Director for the Calaveras Visitors Bureau, Lisa Boulton is leaving her job this Summer.
Boulton was Friday’s KVML “Newsmaker of the Day”.
“I’ll be moving to Canterbury in the United Kingdom this July. It is time for me to be with my family that is back there” said Boulton.
Boulton has lived in the United States for the past thirty years. The last twenty-one of those years, she has resided in the town of Arnold.
“I absolutely love Calaveras County,” said Boulton. “This winter, we have had an incredible amount of snow in Arnold and I’m even enjoying that.”
Boulton continued, “My last day at the Calaveras Visitors Bureau will be June 28th. I will be training the new Executive Director for the entire month of June.
But who will the new Executive Director be?
“We are accepting resumes and applications for the Executive Director position, said Boulton.
The Calaveras Visitors Bureau is a destination marketing organization operating a visitors center 7-days a week.
According to Boulton, the team is hard-working, friendly and motivated.
