“”Lucky Lindy”” Of Third Generation Prepares For Flight

Charles Lindbergh´s grandson Erik has begun a flight planned to cross the nation and then the Atlantic, re-creating his grandfather´s historic feat 75 years ago. The 36-year-old grandson departed from Lindbergh Field in San Diego this morning headed for Saint Louis. He´s to depart from New York´s Long Island on May first for Paris.
