Mauling Lawsuit May Be Settled

The partner of a San Francisco woman who was fatally mauled by dogs says she may consider settling a civil suit filed against her landlord and former neighbors. Sharon Smith says she´s apprehensive about heading to court again. Smith is suing Robert Noel and Marjorie Knoller and her landlord for the wrongful death of her partner, Diane Whipple.
