Trial Set For Felony DUI Driver

A November 18th trial date has been set for a retired Grass Valley firefighter accused of driving under the influence and causing a wreck that killed five people and injured two others.
Fifty-one year old Stephen Scharosch pleaded innocent today in Reno to seven felony DUI counts, including five causing death. Authorities say Scharosch was drinking bourbon, beer and smoking marijuana May 13th before driving the wrong way on Interstate 80 east of Reno.
