Former Sonora Football Player Back In The Game

Former Sonora High Football standout Neil Parry is expected to play for the San Jose State Spartans next week.
Parry´s leg was partially amputated three years ago and now wears a prosthetic leg. The college made the announcement Thursday. The former Wildcat will play on the punt return unit.
Parry´s leg was broken on a special-teams coverage during a game October 14, 2000. His leg was amputated nine days later due to serious infections.
