Stockton Man Busted After Home Invasion

A 24-year-old Stockton man is in custody after a weekend arrest for drug and weapon charges.
Police say they found 52 marijuana plants in Richard Cupp´s Stockton home. The
arrest came after two men allegedly broke into Cupp´s home, shot his dog and stole $100. Police responded to the scene and discovered the marijuana.
