A couple who have lived in a tree in San Mateo County for the past dozen years have been given an eviction notice. Thelma Caballero and Besh Serdahely were advised last week that living in their giant oak tree is against the law. But Caballero says she´s not leaving the homemade hut built into the side of the tree.
