Wet Weather Bad For Affordable Produce

Sponsored by:

Sacramento, CA — All of the wet weather in California is not helping when it comes to the cost of produce.

Due to damaged and small crops, you can expect to pay more when it comes to spring fruits and vegetables.

Produce buyers say that consumers are going to see firsthand what the large amount of rain has done to the crops.

So far the most damaged crops are strawberries, artichoke, cauliflower, broccoli, lettuce, and asparagus.
