Angels Camp, Ca — While the Angels Camp Police Department continues its search for the final at-large suspect in last weeks double homicide of Pablo Lopez and Pablo Lopez Jr., there is a good chance he is well out of the area.
“We believe he is in Mexico, or at least enroute to Mexico at this time,” says Police Chief Dale Mendenhall. “But, we are continuing to follow-up on any leads or information we receive from the public.”
Anyone having information on 25-year-old Juan Diego Flores Cruz is still urged to contact the Angels Camp Police Department at 209-736-2567 or the Calaveras County Sheriff´s Office at 209-754-6500.
The four other suspects appeared in Calaveras County Superior Court this week. They are charged with two counts of murder and one count of assault with a deadly weapon.
The double murder was carried out at an apartment complex at 612 Stanislaus St. on June 5th.
