Sonora, CA– Today marks the launch of Tuolumne County’s first ever Customer Service Survey that will run until November 30th. A project recently endorsed by the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors, the survey was brought forth by the Customer Service Design Team, composed of 10 County frontline staff members. The project’s goal is to design a program that will create and sustain a culture of exceptional customer service throughout all County departments.
Members of the public who have used County services in the past 12 months are encouraged to complete the survey in their choice of three ways: on-line, by phone, or by filling out a printed copy of the survey and returning it to an approved location.
Tuolumne County Senior Administrative Analyst Kathleen Rustrum said, “What Tuolumne County aims to do is to develop a cohesive and consistent customer service program that includes all County government offices creating and sustaining a culture of excellence.”
