Sewer Work To Slow Traffic In Sonora

Sonora, CA — Tuolumne Utilities District (TUD) will close a Sonora roadway all next week to repair some pipeline.
TUD will continue its sewer pipeline replacement project in the downtown area. Crews will swap out 50 feet of sewer line on Green Street near the intersection of Church Street. Motorists will not have access to Green Street up to Stockton Street from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning Monday, November 14th through Friday, November 18th while the repairs are being made.
TUD encourages travelers to use an alternate route and drive with caution in the cone zone areas.
