To Combine Nesler & Phillips Trials, or Not?

In Tuolumne County Superior Court, today is the day that lawyers will suggest the trials of William Nesler and Dean Dee Phillips be consolidated.
Nesler is currently scheduled appear in Tuolumne County Superior Court on January 5th in the murder case of 45-year-old David Edward Davis over the summer.
Nesler pleaded not guilty to the murder charge a few weeks ago.
Dean Phillips also pleaded not guilty.
He´s believed to have been the driver of Nesler to and from the murder scene.
