Bryce Daniel Milnik Update

Sponsored by:

Stanford, CA — Wednesday doctors removed the ecmo machine from Bryce Milnik at the Stanford University Medical Center.

Here is the latest from the Milnik family; February 07, 2007 at 12:31 PM PST

We just talked with the doctors, and they are preparing to take Bryce off of the ecmo circuit (heart/lung machine), and allow his new heart to take over all the work. They said that they will not be putting him back onto that machine, should his new heart give out on him as it did before during the transplant surgery. So the next few hours/days they said are his most defining moments and either his heart functions or it doesn´t.

We continue to trust in the Lord our God and His perfect will for Bryce, and so we are not anxious or worried, but instead through prayer and supplication we are bringing our requests to God on behalf of Bryce and have His perfect peace. May His will be done in Bryce´s life.

Thank you for your continued prayers during this time.
