Woman Arrested In Jamestown
Jamestown, CA– A woman was arrested in Jamestown Sunday on numerous charges including assault with a deadly weapon.
According to the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a call at around 4:40 pm at Rosalinda’s Gentlemen’s Club on Highway 108.
41-year-old Marlinda Russo reportedly took a U-Haul truck against the will of a female employee who was still in the back of the truck, rammed a metal gate, and drove off the lot spilling property and the employee from the truck.
While Russo stopped on the side of the highway to close the doors, the employee drove up behind the truck in a car. Russo allegedly rammed the car with the U-Haul truck and left the area.
Russo was later apprehended and charged with assault with a deadly weapon (the U-Haul truck), battery with serious injury, vehicle theft, driving with a suspended license, vandalism and reckless driving.
