Update: Power Repair Time Pushed In Tuolumne County Outage
Update at 8:15 a.m.: PG&E has once again pushed the repair time for a dozen customers reaming without electricity since 3 a.m. The restoration time is now 4 p.m. The company gave no reason for the extension.
Update at 6:40 a.m.: PG&E has pushed the estimated repair time to 10:42 a.m.
Update at 6:20 a.m.: Electricity has been restored to all but 12 of 39 PG&E customers that have been without lights since 3 a.m. along Woodchuck and Draper Mine roads. Originally, the company reported a “foreign object” as the cause of the outage PG&E has now determined that trees coming into contact with electrical equipment is to blame. The estimated repair time is around 6:42 a.m
Original Post at 5:10 a.m.: Soulsbyville, CA — A power outage in the Soulsbyville area this morning.
The lights have been out since 3 a.m. for 39 PG&E customers along Woodchuck Road and Draper Mine Road, just east of Highway 108. The company reports a crew is on the scene working to fix the problem, which is attributed to a “foreign object” damaging equipment. PG&E has given no further details on exactly what that object is. The estimated repair time is 6:42 a.m.
