Man Arrested In Son’s Slaying Dies

San Mateo, CA — The Bay Area man arrested in connection with his son´s slaying has died.
The San Mateo County coroner´s office is confirming that 51-year-old Charles Loo died yesterday.
Loo was found hanging and unconscious in a jail cell on February 26th.
Loo´s son Benson was discovered stabbed to death in September 2004 at Montara State Beach.
Sheriff´s deputies found Charles Loo standing nearby in the wooded area.
