Which is better for weight loss, aerobic or anaerobic exercise?
It’s unfair to say that one is better than the other. There are studies that argue for both sides of that issue. I think both play an important role in weight loss. When combined together they will give you the ultimate results. I don’t think one is better than the other, I believe coupled together you can achieve the best results that you want.
Anaerobic exercise: brief intense bursts of physical activity, such as weightlifting and sprinting.
Aerobic exercise: Also called cardio, sustained exercises such as jogging, swimming, or cycling.
