Two Teens Unharmed In Rollover

Angels Camp, CA — Two Calaveras County teenagers escaped injury during a vehicle accident Tuesday.
The CHP says 18-year-old Alacia Maag was driving a 1998 Ford on Highway 49 near Carson Hill Road with her brother, 15-year-old Andrew Maag, in the passenger seat.
Due to the recent rain, when Alacia attempted to negotiate a sharp left curve, her tires hydroplaned.
The vehicle slid off the road and plunged down a steep embankment where it overturned.
The vehicle was a total loss.
Alacia and Andrew sustained minor cuts and bruises and elected to seek their own medical aid.
