Railroad Flat’s Buller Seeks New Attorney

San Andreas, CA — A millionaire gun collector from Rail Road Flat is in need of a new attorney.
The Associated Press says the lawyer who has represented Dale Buller for the past year on a variety of charges has won permission from the Calaveras County Court to withdraw from the case.
Attorney Ken Foley says he and Buller have irreconcilable conflicts. A year ago nearly 600 guns were seized from Buller’s home during an investigation. He also faces charges from an incident in which a buffalo belonging to him allegedly injured a neighbor.
