Don’t let the (long) list of ingredients scare you…there’s a good chance you already have it all!

I’ve used this recipe for the past 20 years…On angel hair pasta (with or without chicken) it’s also delicious over finely shredded cabbage, carrots & cucumbers! The combination of all these ingredients is what makes this very special dressing Rich, Hot & Sour! Enjoy…

Amount Measure Ingredients
2 Tbsp crunchy peanut butter
2 Tbsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp vinegar (I use rice wine vinegar)
1 Tbsp hot red pepper oil (less if you don’t like it too HOT!)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp finely minced ginger
1 Tbsp finely minced garlic
1 Tbsp finely minced scallions (green onions are fine, too)
1 Tbsp finely minced white wine
1 tsp finely minced salt
1-2 cups chicken broth

To prepare:

Mix it all together…(if you have a magic bullet…one of those little blenders, use it). Otherwise, shake or whisk it all together and get creative with whatever you pour it over, I’m sure you’ll love it.
