Cause Of Madrone Circle Fire Determined

Sonora, CA — A child playing with fire has been determined as the cause of the Friday morning 100 foot by 100 foot spot fire in the 16000 block of Madrone Circle of the Cedar Ridge area.
Responding were Air Attack 440, Tankers 82 and 83 from the Columbia Air Base, Standard engine 4475 and Twain Harte engines 4460 and 4465.
There was no structure damage. The incident was closed at 3:45pm.
