Raggio Selects Branding Program
Angels Camp, CA – Angels Camp City Councilman Stuart Raggio made a pledge during his campaign that he would donate his $300 monthly stipend back to the community.
Raggio has selected the Angels Camp Branding Leadership Team to be the recipient. The group is actively working to brand Angels Camp as the “Base camp for Sierra Mountain Sports.” In informing the Brand Leadership Team of his decision, Raggio said it was based on the branding program’s importance to the long term economic health of Angels Camp.
BLT Chairperson Anne Forest reports that Raggio’s donation will increase the working budget by 50 percent and allow them to expand activities. One project currently underway is the installation of pole banners highlighting the various outdoor sports in the area. Once completed, the banners will stretch from the north end of Main Street to Angels Creek.
