Calaveras ATV Accident Leads To DUI Arrest

San Andreas, Ca — Two men were arrested for DUI following an overnight ATV accident in Calaveras County.
The CHP says that 58-year-old Michael Watson of Camp Connell was riding on Ramsey Rd. in the Cottage Springs area off Hwy 4 when he collided with a tree. A second rider, 37-year-old Michael Price of Madison, KY was following close behind and swerved to avoid Watson.
Price did not come in contact with the other rider, but collided with a rock which caused a laceration to his left knee. Watson, meanwhile, suffered a fractured femur, and was airlifted to Modesto.
