Angels Camp Police K9 Competition

Angels Camp, CA — Angels Camp Police K9 Turner and his handler Interim Chief Todd Fordahl, recently competed in a police service dog trial sanctioned by the Western States Police Canine Association.
The event last Friday, was hosted by the South San Francisco Police Department, and Turner and Todd competed against nineteen other police dog/handler teams from throughout Northern California. The Angels Camp Police Department team of Turner and Todd Fordahl took top honors at the competition, finishing 1st place overall for the event.
Turner is an 8 year old police service dog, certified and trained to detect the odors associated with illegal narcotics.
