Do I need to be connected to the Internet to get technical support?

Question: I need to contact technical support for assistance but I only have one phone line, do I have to be connected to the internet to get technical support?

Answer: No, you do not need to be connected to the Internet to call tech support. We are able to change setting with out being online. However if you are having trouble or you receive an error, write down the error message and error number, then give us a call. Also take note of what you were doing and what program you were in when the error occurred.
