The Tuolumne County Office of Emergency Services (OES) is hosting its annual Wildfire Preparedness Town Hall from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Saturday, April 6, 2024, in the Sierra Building at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds.
This meeting will spotlight the importance of home hardening and defensible space. Participants will learn invaluable strategies and expert tips on how to safeguard their property and loved ones. Additionally, the meeting will cover current conditions, the seriousness of personal preparedness, how to sign up for emergency alerts, and other useful tips.
