Driver In Early Morning Confidence Rd. Accident Arrested For DUI

Twain Harte, Ca — A driver that left the scene of an accident early this morning on Confidence Rd., has been arrested for driving under the influence.

The CHP responded to the accident at 4:45am. The officer on scene was advised by dispatch that the mother of the involved party had received a telephone call from her son, 20 year old Manoah N. Low of Twain Harte, letting her know that he had rolled over his 1998 Nissan. Low was not in the area of the crash when the officer arrived. A search was conducted by CHP and CDF personnel, however, they had no luck in finding Low.

At 8:15am, The CHP says Low´s mother phoned the office and said that her son had returned back home. Officers responded to the residence, and found that Low exhibited signs and symptoms of intoxication. He was then taken into custody by law enforcement.
