Sauteed Shrimp with Strawberry Pineapple Salsa

For Sauteed Shrimp

Amount Measure Ingredients
1-½ lbs (40-50 in count) Medium shrimps or prawns
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoon Lime Juice
2 tablespoon butter

For Strawberry Pineapple Salsa

Amount Measure Ingredients
1 pint Strawberries, diced
1 small Fresh pineapple cored & diced (may also used 16oz can drained)
1 cup Cilantro, finely chopped
1 cup Green onion tops
1 tablespoon Crushed garlic
1/2 cup Diced red onions
1 small Red Jalapeno pepper seeded & finely chopped
2 tablespoon Limejuice

To prepare:

Sautee the shrimp with the garlic, salt pepper and lime juice, over medium heat till shrimps are pink and cooked throughout. Set aside and in a large no reactive (Non Steel) bowl. Combine ingredients for Salsa. Serve over cooked shrimp, garnishing with mint or basil springs.
