Maryann’s Mock Caesar Dressing

This is so delicious…prepare it about 4 hours in advance for best flavor.

| 1/2 | cup | mayo |
| 1/4 | cup | extra virgin olive oil |
| 3 | Tbsp | grated parmesan cheese |
| 1 | Tbsp | red wine vinegar |
| 3 | cloves | minced garlic |
| 1 | tsp | lemon juice |
| 1/2 | tsp | dry mustard |
| a few | dashes | Worcestershire sauce |
| a couple | dashes | hot pepper sauce |
| 1 | pinch | cayenne pepper |
| Salt and Pepper |
To prepare:
Beat all ingredients together until well blended. Cover and refrigerate! Keeps in fridge for up to 5 days.
