Maryann’s Korean Beef

Note: I found that if you have your beef frozen and slice it while it’s still partly frozen, it slices up easy!
|1||lb||beef top sirloin, thinly sliced|
|6||cloves garlic, minced|
|1||pear~peeled, cored & minced|
|2||green onions, thinly sliced|
|1||tsp||minced fresh ginger|
|fresh ground pepper|
Put all ingredients in a large zip lock bag and refrigerate for 2-3 hours (or longer). Heat skillet with a bit of vegetable oil, stir fry beef with marinade for 3-6 minutes or till done. Serve with rice.
