Maryann’s BEST Bean Dip/Sauce

It is the BEST Bean Dip/Sauce!
|1||15oz can||black beans (partially drained)|
|1/4||cup||roasted red peppers (jarred)|
|1/4*||cup||chicken broth (fat free) OR vegetable broth|
Put ALL of these ingrediants in your blender (I used my magic bullet). The longer you blend the thinner the sauce.
*Add a bit more broth if you want it to be thin & sauce like. If you’re going for a dip, go easy on the blending and stick with 1/4 cup or less of broth.
Ideas: Top your sauted chicken with this sauce. Warm it up with a little cheese on top and dip some tortilla chips in it!
