Classic Slow-Cooked Chilli

After going out and tasting so many different types of chili at a recent cook off, you’d think I would be sick of it…But NOoooo…made me want more!!! In fact I decided to pull out the old slow cooker and make some. Here is the recipe that I used.

2 | lbs | Lean Beef (browned & Drained) |
1 | 14 oz | Can Kidney Beans (drained) |
2 | 12 oz | Cans Tomatoes |
2 | Onions (chopped) | |
2 | Cloves Garlic (minced) | |
2-3 | Tbsp | Chili Powder |
2 | tsp | Cumin |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | tsp | Pepper |
To prepare:
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook 8-10 hours on low. Serve with warm corn bread. Yum!
