EAA 1337 pilots from Columbia and Pine Mountain Lake will take kids from 8 to 17 years old for a free 30-45 minute introductory airplane ride at Columbia Ca. Airport.
Event is Saturday April 20, 2024 from 9am till noon at Columbia Airport terminal building, parents or legal guardians must attend and sign liability release.
Young Eagles is sponsored by EAA, a national organization (www.eaa.org).  Along with Tuolumne County pilots and airplanes, Young Eagle flights have been sponsored for over 30 years. The local EAA chapter 1337 typically flies between 60-70 kids every year at Columbia Airport. We hope you will join us this year.
