The FREE workshop will introduce the ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance (HBA) Program which provides up to
$300,000 in forgivable loan assistance to eligible renters and former homeowners impacted by the 2023
floods in Tuolumne County. The program is designed to help households purchase a home in California
outside of special flood hazard and high fire zone areas.

• Qualifying property types
• Steps to get started
The event also offers an optional networking session with GSFA representatives and approved
ReCoverCA HBA Lenders, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions, gather resources, and set
up follow-up appointments for personalized support.
Interpreter services are available in Spanish, German, Italian, Tagalog, and American Sign Language upon
request when registering. Please indicate your need for services during registration so GSFA can make
accommodations.
