Join us for a day of learning, creating and moving at the first Mind ~ Body ~ Spirit Retreat on Saturday, February 25th from 9 am – 3 pm. Choose from artistic classes, to a class on Slaying Your Inner Critic, or learn about Herbal oils, tinctures and salves. The Retreat will take place at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship House, 19632 Mono Way, Sonora. Bring a bag lunch and a friend for a day of self-discovery and relaxation.
