Celebrate and Honor our Veterans and First Responders with the Calaveras Community Band when we perform an 11:00 a.m. concert during the Habitat for Humanity Calaveras Day of Service, on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the Jenny Lind Veterans Memorial District Park, located at 300 West Daphne Street, in Valley Springs. The Day of Service goes from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and includes community service projects (painting, light construction, and clean-up) starting at 9:00 a.m. From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. there will be a ceremony featuring keynote speakers, a flag presentation, a flyover, the Calaveras Community Band concert, and a free lunch.
