The 37th Community Christmas Eve Day Dinner will take place for our community. ALL are warmly invited to participate…….however by RESERVATION ONLY!!!
Due to Co-Vid restrictions, safety, and precautions, the event will NOT be a “gathering,” but rather a curbside event. Meals may be picked up or delivered 1PM- 5PM December 23(Thurs ) and Fri Dec 24 9AM- 4PM. All deliveries and pick-ups will be by reservation only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
When making a reservation for pick-up or delivery, you will be asked for your name; telephone (contact); # of meals; childrens’ ages/gender /for toys, if appropriate; and directions to home.
Reservations will be received through Wednesday December 15th 5PM. Any calls after the Dec 15 deadline will be placed on a Waiting List.
Volunteers will be assisting in preparation of all food prep; set up distribution tables; packaging table; packaging to-go meals, and packaging toys.
Volunteer hours are:
Tuesday Dec 22 (Wednesday) 8-6PM
Wednesday Dec 23 (Thursday) 8-6PM
Thursday Dec 24 (Friday 8-4PM
