Darrell Slocum’s new blog entitled “Tuolumne County Business Council Supports Local Growth” focuses on Blue Mountain Minerals expansion of its agricultural fill area. The project was delayed by a lawsuit that added 18 months to the completion time, and nearly $400,000 to the final cost.
