Randolph HolderWith the idea of expanding the Supreme Court being floated by the Democrats, it’s important to remember that the role of the Supreme Court is to objectively and without bias decide cases based upon what the Constitution says. This may or may not reflect current societal trends that are continually subject to change and therefore should not be the basis for judicial decisions.
