Randolph HolderThe Biden/Harris attack on fracking belies the fact that US Co2 emissions fell by almost 3% in 2019 as utilities replaced coal and heating oil with natural gas copious amounts which are available only because of fracking. Co2 emissions from coal are down 50% since 2007 due to natural gas production again thanks to fracking.
