Albert Edward “Tip” Bell, a resident of Jamestown, passed away on Thursday, April 5, at a Modesto hospital. There will be a Memorial Service on Wednesday, April 11, 1 PM at Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Woods Creek Mobile Home and RV Resort, in the upper clubhouse, 18725 Highway 108, Jamestown. Donations may be made to WATCH Resources, P.O.
