Nelleva “Nell” Blanche Locklin, a resident of Twain Harte, passed away on Friday, May 2, at her home. Services will be held on Friday, May 9, 11 AM at Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Dambachers Cemetery on Lyons Bald Mountain Road with a reception to follow at the Tuolumne Road Church of Christ. Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
